We (or us, or Unified Web Design, LLC) take privacy seriously. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect on UnifiedWebDesign.com (the “Site”), why we collect it and how we protect it. This Privacy Policy is incorporated into the Site's Terms of Use by reference and is made a part of the Site’s Terms of Use.

Notice Concerning Children

We offer the Site and its products and services to a general audience old enough to legally enter into contracts and be bound by contracts. Consistent with the Children’s Online Privacy and Protection Act, we do not knowingly collect any personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13. By making a purchase on the Site, you represent that you are 13 or older, or if you are not 13 or older, then your parent or guardian must make the purchase themselves.

What Personal Information Do We Collect?

We collect information you provide to us or permit us to access. During the checkout process, we will gather your personal information needed to complete the transaction, and specific transactional details will be made available on your account page. Personal Information collected may include, without limitation: your name, address, phone number, e-mail address and other contact information, and information relating to your method of payment. If your payment is processed by our third party payment processing service, that information is not collected by us and is subject to the privacy policies of the payment processing service. You may use some portions of the Site without creating an account. If you choose to use the Site as an unregistered guest, we will not collect any Personal Information from you.

What Additional Information Do We Collect?

Automatic Collection. Our servers automatically collect non-personal information provided by your computer or mobile device, such as Internet Protocol [IP] addresses, browser versions, operating systems used, and referring website, date, time and duration of access, and links clicked through. No Personal Information about you is revealed in this process. The Site may also gather anonymous “traffic data” that does not personally identify you, but that may be helpful for marketing purposes or for improving the Site.

Support Information Collected by a Theme. If you purchase a Theme, the Theme will automatically provide us with information necessary for us to be able to support your use of the Theme, such as your versions of WordPress, PHP and MySQL, and the domain name(s) where the Theme is installed.

Cookies. We may place cookies and similar files on your hard drive for security purposes, to facilitate site navigation, to facilitate your use of services, and to personalize your experience on our Site. A cookie is a small text file assigned by a Web server to the browser on your computer that keeps track of your preferences and recognizes returning visitors. Mobile Device Identifying Information. When you access the Site via a mobile device, we may collect the unique identifying information of your mobile device (“Mobile Device ID”). We may use your Mobile Device ID to provide a tailored experience for you. In addition, the Mobile Device ID information may be collected in order to determine the aggregate number of unique devices using our service or parts of our service, to track total usage, analyze data, and communicate with you more effectively. We may combine your Mobile Device ID with information from third parties to provide you with a better experience and to improve the quality of our service. We do not share any personally identifiable information with third parties in association with your Mobile Device ID.

How We Use Information

We do not sell, distribute or lease your Personal Information to third parties unless we have your permission or are required by law to do so. We use and share information as described below.

To Provide the Site and Its Products and Services. We may use your information (both Personal Information and non-Personal Information) to operate, maintain and provide the Site and its products and services to you, including support for purchases you make from the Site. We may use your Personal Information to verify your identity or to follow up with transactions initiated on the Site. Security

The Site has a variety of security measures in place, including encryption and authentication tools, to help protect your information. We use secure servers when you place orders. All credit card information you supply is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted.

Information Changes, Opting Out and Privacy Policy Updates

Lost or Stolen Information. You must promptly notify us if your user name, or password is lost, stolen, or used without permission. In such an event, we will remove that user name, or password from your account and update our records accordingly.

Access to Personal Information. You can verify your contact and address information is accurate, complete, and up to date by logging in to your member dashboard and going to your account details or addresses page. You can modify your account information at any time by logging in to your account online and making the desired changes.”

Opting-Out. If you would like to opt out of receiving advertising from us, you may opt out via the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the e-mail advertisement.

Policy Updates and Changes. We reserve the right, at any time and without notice, to add to, change, update, or modify this Privacy Policy, simply by posting the change, update, or modification on the Site. Any change, update, or modification will be effective immediately upon posting on the Site. It is your responsibility to review this Privacy Policy from time to time to ensure that you continue to agree with all of its terms. The most current version of this Privacy Policy is binding, and your continued use of the Site or its products or services indicates your acceptance.
